Michael Neto held the title of "Scottish Close-up Magic Champion" for four consecutive years (2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012) making him the first magician to do so in the 46 years of the competition. At the 2010 Edinburgh International Magic Festival he also won "Magician of the Year".
Based in Glasgow, Michael is one of Scotland's most entertaining and successful close-up magicians, and his sell-out one-man show "Michael Neto UPCLOSE" played the Glasgow International Comedy Festival. He has performed close-up magic on STV Glasgow, and reviewers call him "a born entertainer" whose work is "slick and polished". His magic suits wedding receptions, private parties, VIP events and corporate functions throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayrshire and the rest of Scotland.
