Every listing on FindMagic links to its source and its ticket seller. A performer's page is theirs to claim and edit, free; FindMagic takes no commission and sells no placement.
Three rankings you can cite
Each is recomputed every day at the same address from what the sources list that day. Each page states when it was computed, the one-sentence rule that orders it, and the caveat above. Equal counts share a rank. They are snapshots of today's listings, never claims about the past.
- Cities with the most live magic this week Markets ranked by performances listed and still ahead in the next seven days of each city's own calendar; a city and its neighbourhoods count as one.
- Busiest magicians this month Performers ranked by the performances they are billed on in the next thirty days, one entry across every room they play; minors are never listed.
- Magic shows opening this month Runs whose earliest listed night, across every date the show has ever carried, is still ahead and inside the current month.

What we do not publish yet
Nothing about the past. FindMagic began recording what changes in live magic listings, first sightings, price movements, cancellations, and closing dates stated by sources, in August 2026. A "state of live magic" report built on a few months of partial coverage would be a confident-sounding number this project will not print. When the record has a trendline, it will be published here with the same caveat.
