Write to hello@findmagic.show for questions about FindMagic, press, partnerships, accessibility, privacy, or a listing you cannot resolve through the page itself. Include the public page address when your message concerns a particular magician, show, venue, or city. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive documents.
Corrections and removal requests can also be started from the report link on the relevant profile or listing. Magicians who want to control a page should use the claim link on their profile; ownership is verified before private settings or booking destinations can be changed.
Bookings and tickets
FindMagic is a directory, not a booking agent or ticket seller. A booking enquiry is forwarded to the performer and FindMagic steps out of the conversation. Questions about availability, fees, contracts, deposits, access needs, and event details belong with the performer. Questions about a ticket purchase, cancellation, exchange, or refund belong with the venue or ticket seller linked on the show page.
There is no fee to contact FindMagic and no paid support tier. Messages are reviewed by a small human team, so urgent show-night or payment problems should go directly to the performer, venue, or seller that can act on them.
