Lucy Darling

Lucy Darling is a charming vintage Hollywood socialite known for impeccable wit, playful mischief and exceptionally good hair — the stage creation of magician, fire artist and variety performer Carisa Hendrix, born at the Melbourne Magic Festival in 2017. Hendrix has toured the world as Lucy Darling, and after a clip went viral in December 2024 the character reached an audience of more than four million followers; over 50,000 people attended live Lucy Darling performances in 2025, many of them sold out. Hendrix was twice named Stage Magician of the Year at the Magic Castle, holds two Guinness World Records for fire-eating stunts, and was the subject of the documentary Carisa Hendrix: Girl on Fire. They run the junior program at the Vanishing Inc. convention MagiFest.
