Dan Bastianelli is a professional magician based in Edinburgh, specialising in close-up magic performed right in front of guests rather than at a distance on a stage.
His approach is personal and conversational: small groups gathered around a table or standing with a drink in hand, watching something impossible happen inches from them, then turning to the person beside them to talk about it. That intimacy makes the magic travel easily between rooms, from a drinks reception to the lull between a wedding meal and the dancing. Dan performs at weddings, parties and corporate events across Edinburgh and throughout Scotland.
Sleight of hand at intimate distance — cards, coins, and sleight of hand.
