A member of both the Magic Circle and Equity, Ari Phillips has been performing magic since he was seven years old, giving his first paid performance for a children's birthday party at the age of 12. He comes from a theatrical background — his father a magician and actor, his mother a dancer — and spent the last 25 years performing in London before settling in Auckland.
Ari offers three styles of close up magic: strolling around an event and mixing with small groups, moving from table to table between courses at dinner functions, and intimate close up magic marked by personalized interactions. He performs at weddings, where he can also host the day, as well as corporate parties, product launches, trade shows and children's parties across Auckland and afar.
