Vitaly Beckman

Hailed by the Chicago Tribune as "one of the most unique and innovative illusionists in the world," Vitaly Beckman stumped Penn & Teller on their hit TV show Fool Us and starred in his own 16-week off Broadway run. Every illusion in his show An Evening of Wonders is his own original creation.

Paintings spring to life, photographs become mini-movies, bare broken branches repair themselves with the green leaves of spring, and audience members watch their faces vanish from their own driver's licenses. Blending art and illusion, Vitaly traces the story of his transformation from a boy with a dream to a man with a vision, touching on tender subjects such as love, loss and growing old. He performs Evening of Wonders for theatre audiences and also works at corporate events.
