Award-winning sleight-of-hand artist Shane Cobalt has sold out a tour of Japan, performed on stage at The Magic Castle in Hollywood numerous times and wowed audiences at the Royal Opera House in London. He represented Canada at the World Championship of Magic/FISM, took the Canadian Champion title in Close Up Card Magic and was named Magician of the Year by Vanish magazine.
His magic is visceral and intimate, built on sleight of hand and storytelling that immerses viewers in a world of small miracles. A specialist in uncovering lost secrets from magic's history and reimagining them with original effects, Shane has worked with David Copperfield to curate his museum of magic artifacts and invented magic for David Blaine, and has been featured by NatGeo, CBC, CTV News Ottawa and Vogue.com.
