Rob Zabrecky is a singular force in entertainment, whose blackly comedic and bizarre magic persona lands somewhere between performance art and transformative comedy. Honored with six awards from the Academy of Magical Arts at Hollywood's famed Magic Castle — including two Lecturer of the Year honors — he has headlined theaters, magic festivals and magic conventions from Tokyo to New York City.
His one-man comedy magic and variety show, The Zabrecky Hour, has been performed worldwide to critical acclaim, and his magic is designed for those who don't realize they love magic. He also gives illustrated talks on 1920s spiritualism and resurrects the Spook Show as a modern-day theatrical medium of the Victorian style séance. On screen he appears in A Ghost Story, Lost River, GLOW and Fallout.
