Award-winning magician El Mago Ruly has spent more than 40 years bringing magic, comedy and ventriloquism to Tijuana, where he created the Festival Internacional de la Magia in 1998. An active member of Ring 76 of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, he took first place in stage magic in 2005 and second place in close-up in 2007 and 2008.
His children's show is entirely clean, tender and family-friendly, built on games, contests, balloon modelling and ventriloquism with his characters El Pecas, El Mounstrito, Coky and el Pato Cua Cuac, and designed so that the children are the stars. For companies he offers magicomedy, comic parodies and Mexican wordplay that stays humorous without turning coarse, a fit for conventions, posadas and product promotions as much as for birthdays and school parties.
