Larry Wilson is a comedy and stage magician based in Martinez, CA. Larry Wilson's career includes Emmy Award recognition and being billed 24 weeks at The Magic Castle in Hollywood. Larry Wilson has performed in productions including Magic at Walden's and Magic Night at Sterling Country Club.
Emmy-nominated comedy magician Larry Wilson built his One Man Wonder Show out of the stage act he presented on television hundreds of times: rapid-fire sleight of hand, mind-reading and mentalism, wrapped in comedy and loaded with audience participation. It is self-contained, so it sets up quickly and plays big without a big production budget.
Guests might see astonishing sleight of hand happen in their own hands as Larry strolls the room, or the full theatrical spectacle of his Grande Illusions show, in which a woman floats into the air and vanishes, a man appears from a cage of fire and his assistant is cut into sixths. The Hollywood Reporter called him "the best rehearsed, tightest and most consistently funny act" — a reassuring choice for corporate events and celebrations alike.
Castle debut 2001, last billed 2025, on the Castle’s published schedules as the archive records them. Rooms: Palace (20), Lunch & Brunch (5), Parlour (4). (29 room engagements across 24 weeks).
