Instead of pulling rabbits out of hats, Josh Spano pulls thoughts out of minds. A psychological illusionist who studied psychology and staged hypnosis shows in college, he now reads minds for universities and companies. His parlour show "Psyched Out" draws guests in as active participants, their thoughts revealed before their very eyes — ideal after dinner or following a keynote.

For cocktail hours he strolls among guests with up-close illusions and mind reading, plucking thoughts and making predictions with uncanny accuracy. Quick wit and gentle charm keep the guests the real stars. Josh works private events, corporate galas and weddings, and clients like UWM have him back time and again; multiple times a month he is at the historic SafeHouse in downtown Milwaukee, behind the world's longest running Magic Bar.
