Jeki Yoo
“America's Got Talent close-up magician”
Based in Los Angeles
Biography
Jeki Yoo is a close-up magician whose appearance on America's Got Talent drew over 13 million viewers and left even Simon Cowell stunned by what he had just witnessed. He first made his name by winning Asia's greatest magic contest, The Busan International Magic Festival, in 2006 while still a high school student, and in 2009 took a close-up magic award from the International Brotherhood of Magicians, going on to a first prize at the organisation's convention in Nashville, Tennessee.
His magic is innovative and fresh in its originality, and has played to audiences in England, France, Sweden, Italy, Japan and China, and at the famed Edinburgh Festival as a member of SNAP, one of Korea's biggest magic shows. With Ellie K. Park he also performs a 'Quick Change' act, seen on Korean television's Starking, in which outfits change in a blink of an eye.
