A retired Carnegie Mellon philosophy professor turned international corporate mentalist and keynote speaker, Gentry performs as The Intellectual's Illusionist, blending insight, inspiration and powerful audience participation into intellectually rich entertainment. His demonstrations of mind-reading, intuition, influence and impossible prediction explore how attention, judgment and perception actually shape choices, and he has been trusted by Berkshire Hathaway and AWS.

Conference openers and closers, trade-show activations, breakouts and leadership meetings, receptions and cocktail hours are each built around the audience in the room: engaging and human, without novelty-act energy. Gentry is also a bassist, and at Sound Minds in Philadelphia he leads a jazz trio at The Yard on John Coltrane Street before turning from music to the mysteries of the mind.
