Eric Michaels

Iowa magician Eric Michaels has been captivated by magical illusions since 1997. Inspired by Master Magician Lance Burton, he started out in 2003 at 4-H meetings, school classes and family gatherings, and now performs full time, traveling all over the Cedar Valley and across the State of Iowa.

The show is jam packed with puzzling magic, audience participation, comedy and live animals, with assistant Niki \ a music teacher by day \ bringing the Hand Chopper Trick and Big Box Trick to the stage and drawing volunteers into the action. Behind the scenes, longtime crew member Vaughn runs sound and builds props. Eric also works with the band "Milk and Honey", and his show travels comfortably to school and community audiences and family celebrations.
