Caspar Thomas

Caspar Thomas is a close-up magician and mentalist working inches from his audience, with cards, coins and handkerchiefs rather than stage illusions. FringeReview called him a "Master of Sleight of Hand", describing how he "drew the audience in to the point where he had them eating, almost literally, out of his hand."

He describes himself as "a perpetual student of magic", promising "No themes, no poetry, no dancing, just one demonstration after another of the seeming impossible." The material is curated for adult audiences but contains no blue humour, so it plays to guests of all ages, and he keeps a few pieces ready for children. Typically performing for one to two hours as guests mingle, Caspar suits corporate events, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions and discreet post-dinner entertainment.
