Biography
Hailed as "The Natural Successor of Harry Houdini", Andrew Basso is the escape artist of The Illusionists, the Broadway smash-hit show he has carried from Broadway to London's West End.
Known as the "World's Greatest Escape Artist" and the "Rock Star of Magic", Basso performs internationally in over 300 shows per year, reaching more than half a million audience members annually. His career has broken box office records across the world's preeminent stages, among them Hollywood's Pantages Theatre, The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., the Sydney Opera House, the Arena di Verona, Moscow's Crocus City Hall and Dubai's World Trade Center. It is escapology built for the biggest rooms, from theatres and arenas to large-scale events.
