Biography
Master of the elusive and a storyteller without peer, Alain Choquette has marked three decades of magic in Québec, France and the United States, blending humour and illusion in shows that are intimate and interactive.
He first reached Québec families as the Friday-night magician on Jean-Pierre Coallier's talk show Ad Lib, then settled into Montréal's Théâtre St-Denis in 1993 with Première apparition — 200 performances for more than 200,000 spectators. From there came a run of over 150 shows at Caesars Palace in Atlantic City, NBC's special World's Greatest Magic, the American 50th-anniversary tour of Radio City Music Hall and ABC's The Champions of Magic. He now tours Québec and France with Drôlement Magique and his new show La mémoire du temps, and sits as a judge on La magie des stars (TVA).
